Mexico’s women’s health services face a collapsing public healthcare system, forcing many to rely on private care paid mostly out of pocket. As a result, women often delay or avoid seeking medical attention, leaving them more vulnerable to serious health issues. And even when care is available, the experience is often marked by inconsistent quality and fragmented attention. In both cases, women are left without the reliable, high-quality care they deserve.

Plenna is addressing these critical gaps by providing accessible, high-quality medical services that empower women to take control of their health. It is building a one-stop platform for women’s health, combining telemedicine and digital experience with in-person services to deliver care in areas like gynecology, obstetrics, mental health, and nutrition. Its proprietary platform supports the entire patient journey, from booking and medical records to personalized follow-ups. This enables higher patient retention, better diagnosis and follow-up, as well as valuable insights into women’s health trends.

In a short time, Plenna has demonstrated remarkable momentum, operating four clinics in Mexico City and preparing to expand across the country. At the same time, the company continues to accelerate its digital health initiatives, continuously enhancing the user experience to deliver seamless and comprehensive care. Looking ahead, Plenna plans to broaden its service offering to include fertility, and menopause care, as well as exploring complementary opportunities.
